WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Col. Stephen Nester celebrates his final flight with the 303rd Fighter Squadron on Sept. 10, 2016, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. Nester will continue his career with the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command for the 953rd Reserve Support Squadron at Norfolk, Virginia.
