2011 Deployment
Staff Sgt. Michael Davis, 442nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, deployed to Afghanistan, Dec. 28, 2011 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The 442nd Fighter Wing is an A-10 Thunderbolt II Air Force Reserve unit at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. The deployed reservists are scheduled to return in spring 2012.
