Lt. Gen. Leo Marquez award 2011

Senior Master Sgt. Roy Santos (right), 442nd Maintenance Squadron Accessory Flight chief, was the recipient of the Lt. Gen. Leo Marquez award for aircraft maintenance supervisor of the year for 2011. The Marquez award recognizes both military and civilian personnel who manage, or directly provide, maintenance for aircraft, munitions or missiles. Santos was nominated by Capt. Robert Mehan, 442nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander. Capt. James Chevalier, 442nd Maintenance Squadron operations officer, was the recipient of the Marquez award for company grade manager of 2011. Tech. Sgt. Paul Hanson, 442nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron avionics technician, received the Marquez award for technical supervisor of 2011. Chevalier and Hanson are deployed in support of overseas operations.
