discussing technique

Airman 1st Class Kavin Tayaq, a student JTAC, and Capt. Christopher Cadieux, a student TACP with the 146th Airlift Wing, California Air National Guard, discuss techniques while preparing for a simulated air strike as part of their field training exercise south of Warsaw, Missouri on 19 November. Cadieux is a former soldier, but moved into tactical air control, which he describes as the “best of both worlds” between the Army and Air Force. Both students called in simulated air strikes working with A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft from the 442d Fighter Wing in scenarios similar to what they would experience on a real-world deployment.
