Tech. Sgt. wins DOD award

Tech. Sgt. Leo Brown, an Air Force reservist with the 442nd Fighter Wing's public affairs office at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., recently won the Department of Defense's Thomas Jefferson Award for a four-part series he wrote about World War II prisoners of war in Germany.
