Attention to detail

Focused on the task at hand, and with the assistance of fellow 442nd Maintenance Squadron structures shop member Tech. Sgt. Rick Jones, Airman Bradley Dalton drills a screw hole in a floor panel template for A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft number 237. Airman Dalton and the others will have to manually drill hundreds of screw holes to complete the job. The 442nd Fighter Wing reservists were tasked to remove a corrosion-degraded floor panel then fabricate and install a replacement, a task usually performed by technicians at the Ogden Air Logistics Center at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
