Picking up
Jimmy Coffland shovels broken concrete into the bucket of a front-end loader driven by Dustin Draper while working on a project to replace tie down and grounding points on the 442nd Fighter Wing's A-10 parking ramp at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. Both work for Larry Brandt Construction Company, which was contracted to do the work. This is one of 14 construction projects taking place to build up the wing after it gained nine A-10s and additional people under the 2006 Base Re-alignment and Closure process.
