Col Steve Arthur, 442nd Fighter Wing commander, at right, administers the oath of enlistment to four new Air Force Reservists Oct. 10, 2007, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. The new recruits, Michael Davis, Todd Barton, James Grace and Justin Cagney, took the oath in front of one of the wing's A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft.
