Beaux Hawg BBQ

Brian Landry of Beaux Hawg BBQ stirs a pot of jambalaya at the 442nd Fighter Wing picnic Sept. 11, 2010. Reservists and their families were able to participate in a chip-over-the-pond tournamant, trap and skeet competition and watch military working dog demonstrations. Beaux Hawg BBQ spent nearly 18 hours smoking donated pulled pork, brisket and babyback ribs for the picnic.
