Change of command
Lt. Col. Paul E. Smith, right, takes the guidon, and command, of the 442nd Medical Squadron from Col. Mark L. Clemons during a change of command ceremony Oct. 2 at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. Colonel Smith replaced Col. Jerry Fenwick as the medical squadron's commander and will lead the 442nd MDS, which provides medical support to the Air Force Reserve's 442nd Fighter Wing.
