Senior Master Sgt. Mike Bax, munitions system specialist, 442nd Maintenance Group, is a shift manager in the bindery department at R.R. Donnelly as a civilian. Like most reservists, Sergeant Bax must balance his time between his family, civilian career and military commitment.
