Gregory Eckfeld, cut a cake during a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the UCM Veterans Services Center, Dec. 6, 2011. The center is designed to help servicemembers and dependents more easily pursue a college degree. Col. Alan Teauseau, 442nd Mission Support Group commander, presented a plaque for the center with an A-10 Thunderbolt II 30 mm bullet on behalf of the 442nd Fighter Wing, Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo.
