Civilian Christmas Party
Julie Gibbs, 442nd Fighter Wing financial manager, receives a Certificate of Service for serving 26 years as a civilian for the federal government. Gibbs accepted the award from Col. Eric S. Overturf 442nd Fighter Wing commander, at the civilian Christmas party, Dec. 15.
