Capt. David Wennerstrom, 442nd Civil Engineer Squadron assistant operations flight commander cycles during the second leg of the Iron Man 70.3 in Lawrence, Kan. June 20, 2012. Wennerstrom deployed to Afghanistan in 2011 where he began training for marathons and Iron Mans which entail: 2.5 miles swimming, 112 miles cycling and 26 miles running, within 17 hours.
