Kentucky National Guard
Col. James Mackey and Lt. Col. Anthony Roe met four soldiers for whom the A-10 saved their lives during a mission in Afghanistan in 2008. The soldiers, part of the Kentucky National Guard, traveled to Missouri to thank the pilots who flew the mission that day.
