The 442nd Fighter Wing is an A-10 Thunderolt II Air Force Reserve unit at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. Geographically separated units include the 917th Fighter Group, Barksdale AFB, La. and the 476th Fighter Group, Moody AFB, Ga.
