Senior Airman Joshua Good, 442nd Munitions Flight technician, was recognized as an outstanding performer by Lt. Col. Stephen Nester, 303rd Fighter Squadron commander, Feb. 8, 2012. Good guided the majority of munitions line deliveries daily operations; took on supervisory tasking resulting in 100 percent in quality assurance evaluations; commanded 60 explosive operations; transported 85,000 pounds of new incident-free combat sorties all on-time, advocated daily vehicle safety inspections; ensured serviceability of $1.2 million in vehicle fleet, resulting in a 94.4 percent serviceability rate; delivered to 18 A-10Cs; and oversaw and led safe commute of 800 pounds of new munitions assets. This young traditional reservist has had real influence on his peers.
