WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Capt. Lance Orr, 303rd Fighter Squadron fighter pilot, adjusts his field radio during a class designed to equip fighter pilots with the skills needed to survive if their aircraft ever went down behind enemy lines, Sept. 16. Captain Orr and other 303rd pilots were instructed by Staff Sgt. Michael Garcia, 509th Operations Support Squadron search and rescue specialist.
